Discover in a Day
Arts Award Discover encourages children to develop a basic understanding of a range of art forms, take part in arts activities and develop a basic understanding of communication.

With Rust & Stardust's Discover in a Day programme, participants complete the qualification in a single session. Examples of sessions include after school clubs, youth groups in village halls and home education groups.

We currently offer opportunities for individuals and groups to work towards Arts Award Discover and Explore Awards. This means teachers and youth organisation leaders can book us to run one-off or regular Arts Award sessions. Young people will develop creative and critical skills, set themselves challenges, explore the arts, share their achievements and gain a recognised qualification, while working with arts professionals.

Arts Award is managed by Trinity College London in association with Arts Council England. Rust & Stardust's local bridge organisation is Artswork (South East.)
