Come and help us pour when the clock strikes four!

One of Rust & Stardust's Touring Shows, Tweethearts is a collaboration with Applause Rural Touring.

Play Video

A musical comedy lasting 30 minutes, the play is designed to be performed outdoors and in unusual performance spaces, from fairs and fetes to village halls, and features two actor-puppeteers from Rust & Stardust.

A heartwarming interactive adventure for children and families with live music, beautiful bird puppets and an enchanting tea shop setting.

When Miss Maisie and Miss Daisie have to close the Sweetheart Tea Shop, the birds who live in the eaves and feed on leftover cake decide to open for business as usual.

Mayhem ensues as Wren and Sparrow battle baking, fight with flour and tinker with tea leaves – and deal with some very cross customers!

The show is the perfect relaxed introduction to the magic of theatre, and has been performed all over England.
